One of the last days of January was included in the plans of the One Year for Jesus team from Astrakhan as one of the days for visiting social institutions. Team members Galina Proshenkova, Vitaly Khval and Arthur Dykhanov, as well as a social worker Christina Chemekova went to a children’s social center in the city of Kamyzyak.
The program was approved by the administration of the center some time before. The entire program was built to meet age specific heart-felt needs of children. They eagerly participated in the program: played, sang songs and listened to the greatest story of God's love to people and salvation.
The program started with games, then a story of salvation was narrated in a relevant manner with reenactments. All children were presented with gifts: toys, sweets, fruits and juices, as well as children’s copies of the Book of Hope.
Teachers and staff expressed gratitude to the ministers and hope for continued friendship.
