On the last day of March, a group of evangelists from “Church of Christ the Savior” of Cheboksary under the leadership of its pastor went to the village of Khyrkasy, Cheboksary district, Chuvashia Republic.

Recently One Year For Jesus project team from the “Salvation in Jesus” church has visited 9 villages in Baleiskyi area. The Word of God has never been preached in these communities, there was not even one Christian in those villages.

A team from Risen Christ the Savior Church of Kansk reported that missions trip to remote villages in the north of Krasnoayrsk region went successfully.

The team had a special vehicle that was able to get to places which in summer can be reached only by helicopter.

One of the last days of January was included in the plans of the One Year for Jesus team from Astrakhan as one of the days for visiting social institutions. Team members Galina Proshenkova, Vitaly Khval and Arthur Dykhanov, as well as a social worker Christina Chemekova went to a children’s social center in the city of Kamyzyak.

Christ The Savior Church of Kansk in Krasnoyarsk region, which is located in the Central Siberia, is determined to fulfill the Great Commission of Christ.

An evangelistic team from this church regularly does outreaches in towns and villages of the region. Very often brothers and sisters from the church join the team. Besides the evangelistic team, every home group participates in outreaches. They visit people in their homes, pray for them and give them New Testaments.

Pavel Borodenko, team leader from Smolensk Holy Trinity Church recently witnessed how God has changed the destiny of a young man in answer to prayer. His mother simply shared her heart pain with the Lord. Pavel said that once he was with the team in a village in Smolensk region. They walked through the village from one house to another. Near one house, they saw a woman who was working in her garden. Team members stopped to speak to her and shared the Good News, telling of God's love and redemptive sacrifice of Christ.

After Easter Celebration‘One Year for Jesus’ team from Omsk Nehemiah Church came to Leninsk, a small village of about 50 houses (20 of them didn’t have habitants). Here is a story told by one of the team members, Ivan Pavlov.

«It was one of my first distributions. Frankly speaking, I was nervous. But I clearly understood one thing: if I am ashamed of Christ or His Word, then I wouldn’t be able to justify myself when I am in Heaven. I prayed with my brothers and the Lord gave me peace.

One Year for Jesus teams continue to reach out. They put all efforts to share the vision with churches and individuals to become witnesses of Christ. In Omsk Nehemiah Church some of the lay people have opportunity to join the team for a day or two during the weekend. Here is a story of one of the church members that joined the team for a day.
