In the beginning of May 2011 one of the most intelligent, to our mind, and spiritually gifted preachers, apologists of Christian faith visited Russia. He has spoken in countries that are trying to drive all the Christians out and to the people that are driving them out. He has reasoned with kings, queens, and rulers from all over the world. He has even reasoned with the heads of terrorist organizations. Very often he finds himself in a situation when he comes as a peacemaker. It happened in the Middle East and in Asia. We met with Ravi Zacharias in Moscow a day before the convention of the Russian Church of Christian of Evangelical Faith (Pentecostal Churches) where he was invited to speak.

The Deputy of the Head Bishop Vasily Evchik visits Far East

When preparing for visitation Far Eastern churches I realized that I was going not only to participate in services but solve different complicated questions. The trip figured as an important event in the spiritual background therefore I needed prayer support so much. I understand that God has His plan and especial knowledge for the ministry in Far East. This region has more evangelical churches than orthodox ones. It gives signals that God will accomplish His work and that there are many people He defined to be saved. It was important to me to reproduce that comprehension and knowledge God had given into my heart.

MARTIN LUTHER AND HIS ROLE IN THE REFORMATION

Martin Luther was born in 1483 in the town of Eisleben in the area of Germany called Thuringia. His parents brought him up in the strict religious environment of the Roman Catholic Church. They provided for his education by enrolling him in the Latin schools of Thuringia. The young Luther was a promising student, so his father sent him to the University of Erfurt in 1501 to study law. He did very well at his studies and graduated with a Master of Arts degree in 1505. But Luther was a troubled and morbidly unhappy man.

Grigory Tropets was born on February 4, 1968 in the village Vikorovichi of Brest region, Belarus. In 1985 he graduated from high school.

Edward Grabovenko was born on July 7, 1969 in the city of Krivoy Rog, in Ukraine. He and his older brother were raised in a Christian home. In 1984 after finishing eighth grade, Edward was not allowed to continue his studies in high school. In the Soviet era children of Christian parents were not allowed to enter University. The best he could do was Vocational school.

Viktor Filyk is the first deputy of the Head Bishop of the Russian Church of Evangelical Christians, the head of Education Department. Viktor Filyk pastors a church in the city of Murmansk, on the Kolsky peninsula near the Arctic Ocean.

Viktor was born on February 4, 1965 in the village Mukhovets in Ternopil region, in Ukraine to a family of Christians of Evangelical Faith.
