The head bishop of the Russian Church of Christians of Evangelical Faith Edward Grabovenko appealed to the churches on the eve of the first national conference of the "Russia without orphans" Alliance which will take place in Moscow on April 20-21 this year. “To take proper part in establishing the "Russia without orphans" Alliance is our common duty”, - said the bishop. – “I invite all Pentecostal churches to join and actively support the work”.

The "Russia without orphans" Alliance is a gathering of concerned people and organizations, churches and ministries that work together to solve the problem of orphans in our country. Setting a target to decrease the statistics for "nobody's" children they challenge modern society, showing that no assistance from orphanages to children is able to fill in the need for family and friends.

The members of the Alliance repeatedly state in interviews: "In order to bring every child out from orphanages it only takes 0, 6% of the households, and notice, the households of evangelical Christians. This is a real figure, which can help eliminate the problem. First of all, it needs to be realized in people's minds that the problem can stop being eternal and can be solved, and through joint efforts and consistent decisions will disappear from our lives for good. The first thing we need to do is to believe it can be done!”

Everyone who becomes a part of the Alliance has an opportunity to get necessary experience in adoption and expert advice. The objective of the conference, which will be held in the spring this year, is to develop a joint strategy for further work, exchange experiences and obtain the necessary knowledge from leading speakers and ministry leaders.
